Conferences & Incentives

There are 2 conference rooms at Golf de Pierpont:

The Eagle room can welcome between 20 and 40 people, according to the lay-out of the room. Its size is 5.90m by 6.70m, and has its own reception room. Entrance is made via this reception room and there is a glass pane door that opens onto the gardens at the back of the clubhouse.

The Albatross room is used as a conference room, but also as a function hall for events. Its size is 16m by 8m. Entrance is made via the terrace or the Spikes bar along the courtyard side. The Albatross room has its own bar (42m2) and a terrace giving out on the courtyard (36m2). The perfect place to welcome your hosts or to have a coffee during your conference breaks.

We can offer complete conference packages including coffee breaks, lunch and evening meal. Residential conferences with your guest staying in our on-site hotel are also possible.
